Our production lines

What We Grow & Make

Our production spans four lines — soil & forest products, fresh fruit, value-added fruit products, and nonfood botanical products — designed for repeatable, year-round harvests rather than occasional yield.

Soil & Forest Products

Biochar produced on-site from ongoing management of our forested acres — invasive albezia and Egyptian eucalyptus cleared as part of continuous forest stewardship, then charred into a rich, stable soil amendment. Used on our own food-crop beds and bagged for sale.

Fresh Fruit

Lychee from our mature managed orchard, plus seasonal fruit. Trees are counted, photographed, and tracked by harvest weight, with an active program of pruning, fertilizing, and irrigation to increase yield.

Value-Added Fruit Products

Small-batch jams, syrups, and preserves made from Hawaiʻi-grown inputs — strawberry guava jam, lychee preserves and syrup. (Food products follow Hawaiʻi DOH rules.)

Botanical Products Nonfood

Smudge stick bundles of pōhinahina (a native Hawaiian aromatic used traditionally in lei-making) and cedar, plus premium decorative bundles, lei and ornamental arrangements, wreaths, and gift sets — made from plants we intentionally manage as agricultural and silvicultural material, harvested and dried on-farm.
